Notice of Dissolution and Filing of Claims
Contera Pharma A/S has decided to close the branch office in Korea and consolidate all activities in the Headquarter in Denmark. The formal notice of dissolution and filing of claims can be found below.
The Company has resolved to dissolve at the Board of Directors meeting in 2024/ 08/ 14 and is currently undergoing liquidation proceedings. Creditors who have claims against the Company are requested to file their claims with the Company within 2 months from the date of this notice. Please be informed that any claims not filed within this period will be excluded from the liquidation process in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Act.
